Company information

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online shop operated by PlantSounds ApS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We sell physical sound recordings such as CDs, LPs, and related music products. All items are offered subject to availability. Minor variations in packaging or artwork may occur compared to product images.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include Danish VAT (25%), unless otherwise specified.
• Shipping costs are added at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods include:
  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • MobilePay (for Danish customers)
  • Other options as listed at checkout
• Payment is processed at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping and delivery

• We currently ship within Europe only.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
• For pre-order items, shipping will take place on or shortly after the release date specified on our website.
• If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
• We offer a flat shipping rate, regardless of order size or weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
• We are not responsible for postal or courier delays, nor for customs processing times.

5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Private customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Danish consumer legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Notify us by email within 14 days after receiving your order.
• Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
• Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• For sealed media (CDs, vinyl records, DVDs etc.), the seal must not be broken.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6. Defective or damaged items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days) and include your order number and photo documentation. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference. Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.

7. Customs and import fees

Customers outside Denmark are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their authorities. We do not declare lower values or mark items as “gifts”.

8. Limitation of liability

PlantSounds ApS cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, due to delays, defects, or unavailability of goods.

9. Privacy and data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection laws. Customer information is used solely to process and deliver orders and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts, with the Court of Svendborg as the agreed venue, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
